Desjardins room

With a capacity of up to 200 people, the Desjardins Room can handle a wide range of events, from talent shows to weddings.
Yvette Rousseau room

A bright and spacious room with a capacity of up to 50 people.
Ideal for intimate acoustic performances, receptions, conferences, baby showers, fundraisers, etc.
Great Hall

With a capacity of up to 120 people.
Ideal for intimate and acoustic performances, children’s show, staff parties, baby showers, openings, etc.
Heritage room

Basement location with a capacity of up to 40 people. Ideal for business meetings, fitness classes, workshops and family gatherings.
Ideal for training sessions, group activities, baby showers, family gatherings, etc.
Council room

A second basement location with a capacity of up to 30 people.
Ideal for training sessions, group activities, baby showers, family gatherings, etc.
Right Hall

Kitchen (PACC Bar)

For a small additional fee, you can use the Pavillon’s kitchen to prepare a meal.

- Wedding rental :$725
(Additional fee of $50 for reservations made the day before an event.) - Non-profit discount : 25%
- “Profits reinvested in the community” discount : 50%
Payment policy
Payment must be made in two instalments : 25% upon signature of the contract and the balance no later than five days after the event.

Room configuration
Depending on the type of event, the following information must be provided :
- Number of people expected
- Number of tables required
Desired room configuration (proscenium, cabaret, open or other)
A $50 fee is charged for room preparation.
Arrival and departure times
When renting a room, please ensure you know when you plan to start setting up your equipment. Arrival and departure times must be respected.
Available services
Liquor permit
A liquor permit is required for any event where alcohol will be sold and/or consumed.
- Liquor permit without sales : $55
- Liquor permit with sales : $100
*In the case of a liquor licence for an event where alcohol will be sold, any profits must be given to a non-profit organization. The Pavillon des arts is not responsible for permit applications rejected by the Régie des alcools, des jeux et des courses (RAJC).
Bar
- Opening of staffed bar : $100
- Bar staff (min. 3 hrs.) : $20/hr.
Coffee
Whether you need a 10-, 30- or 100-cup coffee maker, the cost is 75¢ per cup served.
Ticket sales
- 3$ per ticket sold at the Pavillon
- Additional $2,50 for use of the ticketing system
Event promotion
Drafting of a press release and distribution via the PACC’s media mailing list : $20
Website and Facebook posts : $50
- 5 pieces of sponsored content : $20 / publication
- Newsletter distribution : $20
- Posting on outdoor display panel : $50/2 weeks
